Effective date: September 16, 2026
This policy applies to agents, brokers, developers, organizations, property owners, and other users who publish or manage property content on Puyô Property.
1. Authority to list
You must have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to advertise the property or project and to use all submitted photos, logos, plans, descriptions and other content.
2. Accuracy
Listing price, location, property type, status, dimensions, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, availability, project status and contact information must be materially accurate and kept reasonably current.
3. Professional credentials
If you present yourself as a licensed or accredited professional, the information you provide must be genuine and current. A paid plan does not automatically create verified status. Puyô Property may separately review verification information.
4. Prohibited listings
Do not publish fraudulent, duplicate, misleading, unlawfully offered, discriminatory, stolen, non-existent, or unauthorized listings. Do not use bait pricing or misleading images.
5. Photos and intellectual property
Only upload media you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload copyrighted material, personal documents, IDs, signatures, title documents containing unnecessary personal information, or other sensitive information for public display.
6. Status updates
Listings should be updated promptly when reserved, sold, rented, withdrawn, unavailable, or materially changed.
7. Leads
Lead and inquiry information obtained through the marketplace may be used to respond to the relevant property inquiry and for other lawful purposes disclosed to the data subject. It must not be sold, abused, or used for unlawful spam.
8. Enforcement
Puyô Property may request supporting information and may reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove listings or accounts that violate this policy, present fraud or safety concerns, or expose the marketplace to legal or reputational risk.
