Increase visibility for individual listings
Promotions apply to a specific property. Purchasing a promotion does not change your account's listing limit.

Temporarily raises a property's priority in marketplace results. A Boost is useful for new listings, price changes, open-house campaigns, or properties that need additional exposure.

Important: Featured and Boost are separate promotion products. Buying a Pro or Developer/Brokerage plan does not automatically promote every property.
Billing
How purchases and activation work
Select
Choose an account plan or select one of your properties and the promotion you want.
Pay
Complete the available checkout method. If automatic checkout is disabled, follow the marketplace's manual payment instructions.
Activate
Once payment is confirmed, the order is marked Paid and the purchased plan or property promotion becomes active.
Track
Your Plans & Billing dashboard shows order status, active benefits, and expiration dates.
Marketplace trust
Payment does not purchase verification
A paid plan, Featured Listing, or Boost does not automatically grant a Verified badge. Verification is a separate administrator review intended to establish marketplace trust.

Plans & Promotions FAQ
Can I use Puyô for free?
Yes. The Free plan allows up to 5 active listings and includes the core marketplace listing and inquiry tools.
Can a Free-plan agent purchase a Featured Listing or Boost?
Yes. Promotions apply to individual properties and are separate from your account plan.
Does upgrading my plan automatically make my listings Featured?
No. Upgrading increases your active-listing capacity and plan features. Featured and Boost promotions are purchased separately for individual properties.
What happens when a promotion expires?
The promotional benefit ends automatically. The property can remain listed as long as it is otherwise eligible under the account plan and listing status.
Can I renew a Featured Listing or Boost?
Yes. A new promotion can be purchased for an eligible property. Your dashboard shows the active benefit and expiration date.
Does a Featured Listing or Boost guarantee views, inquiries, offers, or a sale?
No. Promotions are designed to increase marketplace visibility and priority, but they cannot guarantee traffic, inquiries, offers, or a completed transaction.
Can I buy Featured and Boost for the same property?
Yes, the marketplace can record both promotions for the same property. Featured provides premium treatment, while Boost is a time-limited ranking promotion.
Does payment make my agent account Verified?
No. Verification is granted separately after marketplace administrator review.
