Puyô Property respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use our property marketplace, accounts, listing tools, inquiries, alerts, paid services, and related features.
1. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, profile and professional information, organization information, property listings and uploaded media, inquiry messages, saved properties, saved-search criteria, alert preferences, transaction/order records, and technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs, cookies and local-storage identifiers.
2. Why we process data
We use data to create and secure accounts; publish and manage listings; connect users with listing professionals; operate saved properties, comparisons, searches and alerts; manage leads and follow-ups; provide plans and promotions; process and reconcile orders; prevent abuse and fraud; provide support; maintain and improve the service; send service communications; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases and consent
Personal data is processed only where there is an appropriate lawful basis, which may include your consent, steps requested before or in connection with a contract, performance of a service, compliance with legal obligations, or other grounds permitted by applicable Philippine privacy law.
4. When data is shared
When you send a property inquiry, relevant contact and message information may be shared with the agent, organization, developer, property representative, or other intended recipient so they can respond. We may also use service providers for hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, payment processing, and other operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed for their services and subject to applicable obligations.
5. Payments
Payments may be handled through third-party payment processors such as Xendit. Puyô Property may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, method, and related order information needed to confirm and administer purchases. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy practices.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site may use cookies or browser storage for authentication, preferences, saved/compare functionality, security, analytics, and similar operational purposes. Browser controls can limit some storage, although doing so may affect site functionality.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business and security needs, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal and regulatory obligations. Retention periods can vary by data category.
8. Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and devices.

10. Public information
Information intentionally published in public agent profiles, developer profiles, organizations, projects, and property listings can be visible to visitors and search engines. Do not publish unnecessary personal or sensitive information in public fields.
11. Children's privacy
The marketplace is intended for people legally able to engage in the relevant property and account activities. We do not knowingly request children to create professional marketplace accounts.
12. International processing
Some technology providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where applicable, we use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the processing and applicable requirements.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
